Delivery
We deliver to the England, Scotland & Wales (Free Postage) and Northern Ireland (Small Postage Fee at checkout.)

Please note our courier, Royal Mail, delivers Monday - Saturday - If you order after 7am on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next Monday and the delivery timer will start from then.

Some deliveries require a signature on delivery. Sometimes, a courier can deliver to a local collection point or Post Office if the address given is not accessible or there is no answer and/or you have not agreed a safe place with us in advance . Any costs involved to get to the collection point are the responsibility of the customer i.e. Taxi or Fuel Costs to drive to get to the Post Office holding your parcel.

*ANY SAFE PLACE MUST BE NOTED IN THE NOTES BOX. Alternatively - when Royal Mail notify you of the delivery, click the link on the email/ text and confirm your own safe place.

We process all orders the following morning and have early collections at 10am for all parcels. Therefore orders after 7:00am are not guaranteed to be processed and may leave us the next working day.

Within 24 hours of placing your order if you have not received an ‘Order Confirmation’ email, or received your products within the stated timescale then please email sales@affordablelawn.co.uk or WhatsApp us on the number on the website.

For Any claims on deliveries, these must be made in writing or via WhatsApp to us within 5 days of delivery.

Deliveries are not made on the following days

New Year’s Bank Holiday (in lieu)
Good Friday
Easter Monday
Early May Bank Holiday
Spring Bank Holiday
August Bank Holiday
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
Bank Holiday Days in lieu of any of the above days.
Any other last-minute Bank Holidays
Delivery rates
Please note - we no longer offer a Next Day delivery service as we cannot ever guarantee this promise is kept by the Courier. Therefore to manage expectations, all delivery is based on current delivery timescales.

Standard FREE Delivery is applied for all orders to England, Scotland and Wales and takes 3-4 Days using Royal Mail to mainland UK ONLY.

All Northern Ireland Deliveries charge a flat fee (maximum of £1.49) to deliver and take 3-4 Days using a Tracked Service.

Upgraded 72 hour Delivery using Royal Mail to mainland UK is available on all orders for a charge during checkout. (Signature might be needed on Delivery)

All Orders will be dispatched within 1 working day (MON-FRI)

The Checkout page will show you the delivery charge before you commit to purchasing that order. You can email or WhatsApp us if you have a query BEFORE making order to save any errors.

We reserve the right to change delivery supplier to one of the same or enhanced service without prior acceptance from the customer - i.e. Royal Mail go on strike so we use  EVRI/YODEL as an alternative.

In the unlikely event that there is a postage charge from the courier due to the parcel being overweight due to our error, we will refund you for this - please keep and photograph all evidence as well as sending a copy to us.

The Website will prevent any orders being made to destinations that we do not ship to, however if one slips the net, we have the right to cancel your order and refund it in full. Refunds can take up to 5 working days.
