Unlike our competitors, our Seed is not just seed that uses the same 'technology' as the major sports pitches - IT'S THE ACTUAL SEED THAT THEY USE ON THE MAJOR SPORTS PITCHES! We use a combination of Granular and Liquid lawn feeds to bring you superior results.

Bundle Contains:

Johnson Premier Pitch Grass Seed, Pre-Seed Fertiliser, Infiltrate Wetting Agent (5-10x Applications), Expand Bio Boost Lawn Feed Stimulant (10x Applications) & 30% Seaweed for Root Development (10x Applications).

Easy to use :

You must wait for both day and overnight temperatures to consistently be 10•c or above . If you choose to ignore this, the seed will take longer to germinate as will remain dormant in the soil until temperatures are optimum.

Process to follow:

Cut the lawn as low as you can. Deep Scarify/ roughly rake the area and remove any dead grass/ clippings.

Apply the Pre-seed fertiliser by distributing evenly across lawn prior to seeding.

Sow the Johnsons Premier Pitch Grass seed - Suitable for heavy use and heavy foot traffic, this product is professionally used on Football pitches due to its fast germination and superior striping ability. Apply a dose of the Expand Wetting Agent directly to the seed. Next, cover the seed with a thin dusting of top soil/ compost.

Water the area ideally 3-5 times per day - do not soak the lawn, just keep the area damp. You will need to do this for the next 7 days.

Spray the Expand Wetting Agent mixed with the Expand Boost on the  area as soon as the green tips appear.

Apply the 30% Seaweed 5-7 days later. (Continue to alternate the Expand and Seaweed every 7 days for the next 8 weeks.)

Continue to water the area once per day - ensure that the area is well soaked to ensure that the roots grow deeper.

The Infiltrate Wetting Agent can be re-applied at any time if the soil appears to be too dry.

Seed is 100% Perennial Ryegrass

Mowing height = down to 12mm

Never apply grass seed until soil temperatures are consistently 10•c.
